lavender-blue blooms and unique, variegated foliage of green, pink
and white. New foliage emerges in spring lavender-pink and then
slowly changes to almost white and then to green and white
variegation. Blooms when the leaves are lavender-pink and
white and the combination is dynamite. Because of it's
small size, it is perfect in the rock garden and naturalize

Mildew resistant medium green foliage. An extremely long-blooming, floriferous variety.
Small blooms if examined individually but just loaded with them.
And it just blooms and blooms and blooms. We discontinued it for
awhile and one of our employees had it in her garden and it was such
an astounding performer, that she convinced us to bring it
back. When sitting sandwiched between other Phlox
paniculatas, of any color, it is clearly the Butterfly Favorite.
80% of the time, the Butterflies are on Jeana even when other Phlox
are readily available.
According
to the Chicago Botanic Garden Trials, "This is one of the very best."

A
'Findling' that appeared in our gardens with beautiful pink blooms and mildew resistant leaves in a year when almost every phlox was overcome with mildew. Blooms for about
6 weeks or more if deadheaded. Takes a lot of shade. This choice
pink form will stand up right along side 'David' for bloom time and
mildew resistance. We've NEVER seen mildew on Vincent! (And
that here in the land of 90 degrees days, 100% humidity and hot
nights! It has
rougher, thicker foliage like Nora Leigh, which may be how they both stand
up to mildew.

Phlox paniculata 'Nora', a well-know variegated form, kept
sporting off/reverting to green. We like the look better!
Bi-colored foliage with bi-colored blooms just seemed to busy. Why
would we bother? Well, the green reversion still have Nora's
beautiful bloom AND her amazing ability to resist mildew.
Another great mildew resistant phlox, this rich medium pink-flowering form comes from the hot and humid state of Mississippi and was named for noted ASLA and ecological planner, Robert Poore, of Flora, MS. The Hybrid of Natives between P. maculata and P. glaberrima is fragrant, highly attractive
to butterflies and literally explodes into bloom in early
summer (before the Garden Phlox, P. paniculatas) with nary a speck of
mildew on it's foliage and blooms for a very long time!

Rutgers University This is ONE OF THE BEST PHLOX on the market today.
Although listed elsewhere as Phlox glaberrima, it's probably a Phlox pulchra hybrid.
A cross between P. stolonifera x P. subulata, it creeps less than either parent. Perfect for the
border, where it will stay in place! Bright crimson, 3/4" saucer-shaped flowers are borne above an evergreen mass of foliage in late Spring. Prefers well-drained soil. Excellent in rock gardens.
We love this plant.
Note:
Dave's Garden lists Phlox amoena as a synonym for Phlox x
procumbens 'Cabot's Blue' but we haven't been able to verify this and
they have us as a source because of our listing for Phlox x procumbens.
but again, we have no other verification that P. x procumbens and P.
amoena are the same plant and actually don't think they are. We
currently have a query into Dave's Garden regarding this.
