For bloom power, Callirhoe involucrata is easily in our top ten list. It's becomes in a season, very wide-spreading but 'plays well with others', gently weaving around them, over walls (out in our driveway) but in the Fall, is happy to have the brown foliage cut back to the tidy little basal clump of foliage that remains.
