Actaea matsumura 'White Pearl (syn Cimicifuga simplex 'White Pearl') - White Pearl Bugbane All plants in the genus Cimicifuga have recently been transferred to the genus Actaea. Further, 'White Pearl' has a species change as well to honor J. Matsumura.

Actaea matsumura 'White Pearl' in front of Persicaria 'Firetail'. Similar form and bloom time makes them perfect for each other.	Actaea 'White Pearl' with Aconitum carmichaelii 'Arendsii' and Persicaria 'Red Dragon' looking more green than red from deep shade.	A lone gorgeous bloom of 'White Pearl' with same bloom time plants: Salvia leucantha 'Santa Barbara', Anemone 'Prinze Heinrich', Chrysanthemum (Dendranthema) 'Venus'
