If the Gift Certificate covers the entire purchase amount:

     1.  Select Gift Certificate as the Payment Method and enter the Gift Code.  (You can copy and paste that long code from here to make it simple.)  Any balance on the Gift Certificate is saved for future purchases.

If the Gift Certificate DOES NOT cover the entire purchase amount:
